They firmly believe that learning can never be a one way communication. Hence, our teachers create a positive environment for learning, for asking questions, relating abstract ideas to the realities of everyday life. They are constantly engaged in innovating ways for students to become active rather than passive learners. They do not limit their activities within the four walls of the classroom, instead encourage and assist them to undertake co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. They counsel them whenever their support is sought for and thus demonstrate that they know their students as individuals.
